Standard delivery
Order by 10am for delivery within 10 business days.
Quebec and Ontario (Excluding remote regions)
• Free shipping for orders of $125 or more.
• Standard delivery fee: $25,00 before taxes.
Canada (Excluding remote regions)
• Free shipping for orders of $165 or more.
• Standard delivery fee: $30.00 before taxes.
United States (Excluding remote regions)
• Free shipping for orders of $200 or more.
• Standard delivery fee: $25.00 before taxes.
Important delivery information:
• We deliver orders Monday-Friday.
• Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
• We don't deliver on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
• If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, we will process your order the next business day.
• Free shipping promotions apply to standard shipping only.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes.
If you have entered an incorrect address with your order, service charges of $15 will be added per box, these charges will be charged to your credit card. If you request an address change while your order is on delivery, additional charges of $15 per box will be charged to your credit card.
We do not deliver internationally only in Canada and the United States (We do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska).

PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order through the website you can either become an account holder (in which case you need to provide mandatory personal information) or purchase as a guest user. Our Checkout pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Please take time to read and check your order. Once you have provided your delivery and payment information you’ll have the option to review your order before you click the “Checkout” button at the end of the process.
By clicking on the “Checkout” button you are making an offer to buy the goods. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge our receipt of your order. Your offer is subject to our acceptance, which will happen when we dispatch the goods to you, and which is when an agreement is created. We will send you an email telling you when the goods have been dispatched to you. We do not have to accept your offer and if we chose not to sell you the goods, then we will tell you by email and if you have already paid, we will refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.
The agreement between us will consist of these terms, our Website Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and the information contained in the dispatch email (including the goods you ordered, payment arrangements, the price of the goods including taxes, delivery charges and your cancellation rights).
